The posting

Company Overview

Our client is a new-generation real estate development company based in Dubai. It is creating a portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments designed around the future of human living.

The company is built on the pillars of thoughtful design, ancient architectural wisdom, intelligent technology, and human-centred data. It is pioneering a new category of real estate: places that actively support human health, wellbeing, and longevity.

Technology is not treated as an add-on. It is integrated into the foundation of every development. The company connects homes, products, and building systems through its proprietary smart-living system. This intelligence learns from individual needs and evolves over time, creating environments that are more intuitive, responsive, and deeply human.

  • Operating from Dubai, the company is building a multi-brand portfolio in which every development carries a distinct identity within one unifying vision.
  • Its developments are supported by sales galleries, show units, and a Consumer Experience Centre designed to bring the brand promise to life.
  • It works alongside hospitality brands, branded-residence partners, brokers, and channel partners to deliver launch-ready experiences.
  • Marketing sits close to leadership, with direct reporting to the CMO and a hands-on role in shaping brands from concept to launch.

Job Purpose

The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for developing the brand and marketing strategies for the company, any new brands introduced as part of its wider offering, and each individual project launch. The role leads brands and projects from initial concept through to launch, translating the Chief Marketing Officer’s overarching vision and business objectives into distinctive positioning, identities, go-to-market strategies, campaigns, content, events, sales collateral, and launch experiences.

The Brand Marketing Manager leads the full brand development journey. This includes market and audience insights, concept creation, naming, positioning, brand architecture, creative direction, visual identity, campaign strategy, project launches, PR and communications, and experiential marketing. The role ensures that every brand and development has a clear and differentiated identity while remaining aligned with the overarching company vision and portfolio strategy.

Following launch, the Brand Marketing Manager oversees the Marketing Executives responsible for ongoing campaigns, content, social media, and brand consistency. The role also works closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure brand strategy, campaigns, digital activity, and customer touchpoints are fully aligned.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Development

  • Translate the CMO’s vision and business objectives into brand and marketing strategies for the company, its wider brand portfolio, and individual developments.
  • Lead brands from initial concept to launch, including research, positioning, naming, proposition, messaging, brand architecture, identity, and creative direction.
  • Ensure each brand and project has a distinctive identity while remaining aligned with the overarching portfolio strategy.
  • Lead the RFP, selection, appointment, and management of brand and creative agencies.

2. Campaigns, Content & Creative Production

  • Develop integrated campaign strategies and plans for corporate initiatives, project launches, sales milestones, and key brand moments.
  • Lead the development of campaign creative, content, brochures, renders, films, presentations, signage, hoarding, and other marketing assets.
  • Brief and manage creative, content, photography, videography, and production partners.
  • Ensure all content and creative work is accurate, culturally appropriate, on-brand, and compliant with applicable UAE advertising requirements.
  • Manage the marketing production calendar to ensure assets are approved and delivered on time.

3. Project Launch & Sales Marketing

  • Develop and deliver go-to-market plans for new project launches in partnership with the CMO, Sales, Design, Development, and relevant internal teams.
  • Define launch requirements, milestones, dependencies, and approval processes to ensure marketing readiness.
  • Oversee marketing requirements across the full launch journey, from teaser and pre-launch through to launch and post-launch activity.
  • Lead the development of sales galleries, show units, customer experience spaces, sales collateral, and broker enablement materials.
  • Coordinate co-branded activity with hospitality brands, branded-residence partners, brokers, and channel partners.

4. Events & Experiential Marketing

  • Plan and deliver project launches, investor previews, sales galas, broker events, and other brand experiences.
  • Manage event concepts, guest experience, production, logistics, vendors, and on-the-day delivery.
  • Oversee the company’s participation in relevant exhibitions and industry events.
  • Coordinate marketing input into the Consumer Experience Centre’s content, activations, and event programming.

5. PR & Communications

  • Work with the CMO and PR agency to develop communications plans for the company, its leadership team, and individual projects.
  • Oversee press releases, media materials, corporate announcements, thought leadership, executive profiling, and launch communications.
  • Support internal communications for key company milestones and business updates.
  • Maintain a central library of approved messaging, fact sheets, biographies, FAQs, and press materials.

6. Budget, Team & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work with the CMO and Head of Marketing to identify budget requirements and deliver assigned activity within approved budgets.
  • Track expenditure and flag potential variances, risks, or additional requirements.
  • Guide Marketing Executives responsible for campaign implementation and ongoing project marketing.
  • Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Manager to align brand, campaign, social media, and digital activity.
  • Work closely with Sales, Design, Development, Technology, and other teams to align requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Provide regular updates to the CMO on progress, expenditure, outcomes, and risks.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
