The posting

Company Overview

Our client is a new-generation real estate development company based in Dubai. It is creating a portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments designed around the future of human living.

The company is built on the pillars of thoughtful design, ancient architectural wisdom, intelligent technology, and human-centred data. It is pioneering a new category of real estate: places that actively support human health, wellbeing, and longevity.

Technology is not treated as an add-on. It is integrated into the foundation of every development. The company connects homes, products, and building systems through its proprietary smart-living system. This intelligence learns from individual needs and evolves over time, creating environments that are more intuitive, responsive, and deeply human.

  • Operates at the intersection of real estate, technology, and longevity, with a clear focus on the future of human living.
  • Delivers Dubai-based residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments designed to support health and wellbeing.
  • Partners with hospitality brands, branded-residence collaborators, and channel partners to bring each project to market.
  • Offers a collaborative environment where marketing, design, development, and technology teams build a new category of real estate together.

Job Purpose

The Content Manager is responsible for developing and delivering the content strategy for the company, any new brands introduced as part of the wider offering, and individual project launches. The role translates the Chief Marketing Officer’s direction and approved brand positioning into compelling stories, clear messaging, and relevant content that builds awareness, strengthens credibility, and supports commercial objectives.

The Content Manager leads editorial planning, copywriting, and content development across corporate communications, websites, campaigns, social media, films, presentations, sales materials, and thought leadership. The role makes complex subjects, including intelligent technology, agentic AI, wellbeing, and longevity, accessible and engaging, ensuring that all claims reflect verified capabilities and approved information.

Working closely with the Brand Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, PR agency, and internal subject matter experts, the Content Manager ensures that content is consistent, accurate, distinctive, and appropriate to each audience and channel. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on writing, editing, briefing, and production management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Editorial Planning

  • Translate business objectives into content strategies for the company, its wider brand portfolio, and individual developments.
  • Define content themes, editorial priorities, formats, and audience needs in line with approved brand positioning.
  • Develop and maintain an integrated editorial calendar covering corporate activity, project launches, campaigns, leadership communications, and key milestones.
  • Work with Brand Marketing and Digital Marketing to align content planning with campaign schedules, channel requirements, and customer journeys.
  • Identify opportunities for original stories, interviews, educational series, and recurring content formats.
  • Balance planned content with timely opportunities and changing business requirements.

2. Copywriting, Messaging & Brand Voice

  • Write and edit copy for websites, brochures, campaigns, presentations, email communications, advertisements, scripts, and other marketing materials.
  • Develop brand and project narratives, messaging frameworks, headlines, and supporting copy in collaboration with the Brand Marketing Manager.
  • Establish and maintain tone-of-voice guidance and editorial standards across the company’s brands and projects.
  • Adapt messaging for investors, end users, brokers, partners, media, and other relevant audiences.
  • Translate technical and specialist information into clear, engaging language without overstating product capabilities or benefits.
  • Review agency and internal copy for clarity, consistency, accuracy, and alignment with approved messaging.

3. Campaign & Project Launch Content

  • Develop content plans for teaser, pre-launch, launch, and ongoing project marketing activity.
  • Work with the Brand Marketing Manager to turn campaign concepts into cohesive narratives across customer touchpoints.
  • Lead copy development for project brochures, sales presentations, fact sheets, FAQs, broker materials, and launch communications.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Design, Development, and Technology to gather and verify project information.
  • Adapt approved content for hospitality partners, branded-residence collaborations, and channel partner requirements.
  • Manage content approvals and version control to ensure materials remain accurate as projects evolve.

4. Multimedia Content & Production

  • Develop concepts, treatments, scripts, interview questions, and storyboards for films, photography, podcasts, and other multimedia formats.
  • Brief and manage freelance writers, photographers, videographers, editors, and specialist content partners.
  • Coordinate production schedules, contributor requirements, locations, and deliverables with relevant internal teams.
  • Provide editorial direction during shoots, interviews, and post-production to maintain narrative quality and brand consistency.
  • Plan content capture around launches, events, development milestones, and leadership activity.
  • Ensure content permissions, usage rights, credits, and supporting approvals are documented.
  • Maintain an organised library of approved copy, imagery, footage, and final content assets.

5. Digital Content, Thought Leadership & Communications

  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager to develop content suited to each platform and audience.
  • Collaborate with the SEO Specialist on search-led topics, website structure, and content optimisation.
  • Support CRM and automation journeys with relevant email, messaging, and lead-nurturing content.
  • Develop leadership articles, opinion pieces, interview responses, speeches, and presentation narratives in collaboration with the PR agency.
  • Coordinate with the PR agency on press materials, announcements, and editorial opportunities to maintain consistent messaging.
  • Interview internal experts and external contributors to develop credible, original content.
  • Support internal communications for key company milestones and business updates.

6. Content Quality, Performance & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Establish editorial review and approval processes, with clear ownership, deadlines, and quality standards.
  • Verify facts, project details, technical statements, and wellbeing claims with the appropriate internal teams before publication.
  • Ensure content is culturally appropriate and follows applicable advertising requirements and internal guidelines.
  • Work with Digital Marketing to review content performance across engagement, search visibility, enquiries, and customer progression.
  • Use performance findings, audience feedback, and Sales insights to refine topics, formats, and messaging.
  • Manage assigned content budgets, supplier costs, and production timelines.
  • Coordinate translation and localisation through qualified partners, ensuring consistency with approved source content.
  • Provide regular updates to the Head of Marketing on content delivery, performance, expenditure, and risks.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
