The posting

Company Overview

A new-generation real estate development company based in Dubai, creating a portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments designed around the future of human living.

The Company is built on the pillars of thoughtful design, ancient architectural wisdom, intelligent technology, and human-centred data. It is pioneering a new category of real estate: places that actively support human health, wellbeing, and longevity.

Technology is not treated as an add-on. It is integrated into the foundation of every development. The Company connects homes, products, and building systems through its proprietary smart-living system. This intelligence learns from individual needs and evolves over time, creating environments that are more intuitive, responsive, and deeply human.

  • Based in Dubai, the Company is building a distinctive brand portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
  • Its approach brings together architecture, wellbeing-led design, and intelligent technology to elevate everyday living.
  • Each development is designed to support the health, comfort, and long-term quality of life of its residents.
  • The Company works alongside design, hospitality, and branded-residence partners in a collaborative, fast-moving, ownership-driven environment.

Job Purpose

The Marketing Executive supports the delivery of brand and marketing activity for the Company, its wider brand portfolio, and individual developments. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the role turns approved plans into organised, timely execution across campaigns, content, project launches, events, PR, and sales marketing.

A core responsibility is maintaining and coordinating the Company’s marketing masterplan: the central schedule of brand activity, project launches, campaigns, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies. The Marketing Executive keeps this plan current, follows up with responsible teams and agencies, and flags delays or decisions requiring the Marketing Manager’s attention.

The role requires strong writing and presentation skills, with the ability to create polished documents and decks from briefs, research, and information supplied by different teams. We are looking for an agile, proactive individual who takes ownership, adapts quickly to changing priorities, and follows tasks through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Masterplan & Delivery Coordination

  • Maintain and update the marketing masterplan for the Company as a whole, including its wider brands and individual developments.
  • Track activity, owners, deadlines, dependencies, approval stages, and delivery status across all marketing workstreams.
  • Coordinate regular updates from internal teams and external agencies, ensuring the plan reflects current priorities and agreed timelines.
  • Prepare weekly progress summaries, meeting agendas, action logs, and status reports for the Marketing Manager.
  • Follow up on outstanding actions and approvals, flagging risks, delays, and conflicting priorities early.

2. Documents, Presentations & Research

  • Create, structure, format, and proofread professional marketing documents and presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Prepare agency briefs, RFP documents, campaign summaries, project fact sheets, sales presentations, event proposals, and management updates under the Marketing Manager’s direction.
  • Turn research, data, and inputs from different teams into clear narratives, concise summaries, and visually consistent presentation decks.
  • Conduct market, competitor, audience, and industry research to support brand development, campaign planning, and project launches.
  • Maintain approved templates and ensure documents use accurate information, consistent formatting, and current brand guidelines.

3. Campaigns, Content & Marketing Assets

  • Support the implementation of approved campaigns across corporate and project marketing.
  • Coordinate the production of brochures, films, photography, presentations, signage, hoarding, and other marketing assets.
  • Draft and proofread copy for marketing collateral, social media, website updates, and other communications.
  • Liaise with creative and production partners, consolidate feedback, and track revisions through to approval and delivery.
  • Maintain the content and production calendars and an organised library of approved assets.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager and relevant agencies to coordinate approved content, campaign assets, and website updates.

4. Project Launch & Sales Marketing Support

  • Support teaser, pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activity in line with approved go-to-market plans.
  • Coordinate project marketing checklists, ensuring collateral and assets are ready for agreed launch milestones.
  • Liaise with Sales, Design, Development, and other teams to obtain and verify project information.
  • Coordinate sales collateral, broker materials, and marketing requirements for sales galleries, show units, and customer experience spaces.
  • Support approval coordination with hospitality brands and branded-residence partners where applicable.

5. Events, PR & Communications Support

  • Support the planning and delivery of brand events, project launches, broker events, investor previews, and exhibitions.
  • Coordinate venue and vendor enquiries, quotations, guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, event materials, and logistics.
  • Provide hands-on support during event setup, delivery, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate information and approved assets for the PR agency, including fact sheets, biographies, imagery, and announcement materials.
  • Maintain media coverage records and support internal communications for key company milestones.

6. Agency, Budget & Administrative Coordination

  • Act as a day-to-day coordination contact for assigned agencies and vendors, within the Marketing Manager’s direction.
  • Obtain and organise quotations, procurement documents, purchase order requests, and invoices.
  • Maintain expenditure trackers and flag discrepancies or additional costs for review.
  • Keep marketing files, approvals, contact lists, and version histories organised and accessible.
  • Support cross-functional coordination and provide timely updates on assigned tasks and outstanding requirements.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within real estate, hospitality, luxury, or another brand-led industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to create well-written documents and polished presentations independently from a brief.
  • Strong working proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, including presentation layout, document formatting, and planning trackers.
  • Experience coordinating campaigns, creative production, agencies, and multiple marketing workstreams.
  • Experience supporting launches and events is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Clear writing, proofreading, briefing, and presentation skills.
  • Good visual judgment and the ability to produce professional, on-brand materials.
  • Agility in responding to changing priorities, urgent requests, and evolving launch requirements.
  • Proactive follow-through, accountability, and confidence in chasing updates and approvals.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
  • Resourcefulness and sound judgment, including knowing when to escalate an issue.
  • Collaborative approach and effective communication with internal teams, agencies, and vendors.

Working Expectations

This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving business. The successful candidate must be comfortable adapting to changing priorities and putting in the hours when required to deliver launches, events, and time-sensitive deadlines.

This may include occasional evening or weekend work during peak periods. Strong ownership, responsiveness, and reliable follow-through are essential.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
