Description

Company Overview

Our client is a new-generation real estate development company based in Dubai. It is creating a portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments designed around the future of human living.

The company is built on the pillars of thoughtful design, ancient architectural wisdom, intelligent technology, and human-centred data. It is pioneering a new category of real estate: places that actively support human health, wellbeing, and longevity.

Technology is not treated as an add-on. It is integrated into the foundation of every development. The company connects homes, products, and building systems through its proprietary intelligent living system. This intelligence learns from individual needs and evolves over time, creating environments that are more intuitive, responsive, and deeply human.

Headquartered in Dubai, the company is building a distinctive portfolio that unites architecture, wellness, and technology in one living experience. Its developments are designed to be technology-enabled from the ground up, shaping how residents live, work, and thrive. The company is in an exciting growth phase, building its brand, teams, and market presence.

Joining the marketing team means contributing to a category-defining proposition at the intersection of real estate, technology, and longevity.

Job Purpose

The Marketing Manager coordinates the delivery of marketing activity across the company’s corporate brand, projects, and products. Reporting to the Senior Brand & Marketing Manager, the role turns approved plans into clear actions, keeps teams and agencies aligned, and ensures that deliverables move from briefing through to approval and release on schedule.

The role requires a practical understanding of 360-degree marketing, including brand, creative production, content, digital campaigns, PR, events, and sales support. The Marketing Manager must understand how these disciplines connect, anticipate dependencies, and confidently manage the moving parts of campaigns and launches.

Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, Creative, Content, Events, and Sales teams, the role maintains delivery calendars, tracks assets and approvals, follows up on outstanding requirements, and resolves day-to-day coordination issues. It requires someone experienced enough to work independently, recognise when work is falling behind, and escalate decisions with clear recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Planning & Delivery Coordination

  • Translate approved marketing plans into working schedules with clear deliverables, owners, dependencies, and deadlines.
  • Maintain an integrated calendar covering campaigns, launches, content, events, broker activity, and project milestones.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activity across internal specialists, agencies, and suppliers.
  • Lead progress meetings, record decisions, and follow up on agreed actions.
  • Identify missing inputs, conflicting deadlines, and delivery risks early.
  • Keep the Senior Brand & Marketing Manager informed of progress and decisions requiring intervention.

2. Campaign & Launch Coordination

  • Coordinate marketing requirements across teaser, pre-launch, launch, and ongoing campaign activity.
  • Prepare briefs with clear objectives, audiences, deliverables, timings, and approved reference information.
  • Track creative concepts, copy, films, website updates, sales materials, and campaign assets through production and approval.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to align campaign schedules with channel plans, landing pages, lead capture, and CRM requirements.
  • Maintain launch readiness checklists and confirm that teams have the materials and information they need.
  • Communicate changes promptly and ensure affected deliverables are updated.

3. Brand, Content & Creative Workflow

  • Coordinate briefs and feedback between Marketing, Creative, Content, and external partners.
  • Consolidate stakeholder comments into clear, actionable feedback.
  • Check materials against approved brand guidelines, messaging, and project information before submitting them for final approval.
  • Obtain factual confirmation from Sales, Design, Development, and Technology where required.
  • Maintain an organised library of approved assets with clear version control.
  • Ensure current files reach the relevant teams and outdated materials are withdrawn.

4. Events & Cross-Channel Coordination

  • Work with the Events Manager on marketing requirements for launches, broker events, investor previews, ceremonies, and other company occasions.
  • Coordinate event invitations, branding, presentations, screen content, guest communications, and supporting assets.
  • Confirm that event dates and milestones are reflected in relevant content, social, PR, and digital calendars.
  • Track photography, videography, and post-event asset requirements with the responsible teams.
  • Coordinate follow-up communications and distribution of approved event content.
  • Ensure event-related actions remain connected to the wider campaign or project plan.

5. Sales & Broker Marketing Support

  • Act as a day-to-day marketing contact for Sales on assigned projects.
  • Coordinate updates to project fact sheets, FAQs, interactive presentations, digital sales tools, and essential collateral.
  • Support broker briefings, project updates, and requests for approved marketing materials.
  • Gather Sales feedback on customer questions, objections, and gaps in available information.
  • Route requests to the relevant specialists and track them through completion.
  • Ensure changes to approved offers, project details, and sales information are reflected in affected materials.

6. Agency, Supplier & Budget Administration

  • Coordinate agency and supplier onboarding with Procurement, Legal, and Finance.
  • Track scopes, quotations, purchase requests, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery commitments.
  • Ensure suppliers receive approved briefs, assets, specifications, and feedback on time.
  • Monitor assigned expenditure and flag potential variations before additional commitments are made.
  • Check that deliverables have been received and reviewed before progressing completion or payment requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of approvals and outstanding supplier actions.

7. Team Support & Reporting

  • Supervise the Marketing Executive, assigning tasks and reviewing accuracy and completion.
  • Maintain clear status reports covering deadlines, outstanding approvals, expenditure, and risks.
  • Gather campaign and activity results from Digital Marketing, Events, PR, and Sales for consolidated reporting.
  • Recommend practical improvements to briefing, approvals, file management, and coordination.
  • Resolve routine delivery issues independently and escalate matters requiring strategic, creative, or budget decisions.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of marketing experience, with responsibility for coordinating integrated campaigns, launches, or multiple concurrent projects.
  • Practical understanding of 360-degree marketing across brand, content, digital, PR, events, and sales support.
  • Experience working within a real estate developer, marketing agency, hospitality business, or another environment involving multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage briefs, production schedules, approvals, agencies, and suppliers with limited supervision.
  • Experience supporting launches and coordinating event-related marketing requirements.
  • Familiarity with Dubai’s marketing environment; real estate experience is preferred.
  • Confidence using project management tools, spreadsheets, shared calendars, and asset libraries.
  • Experience supervising a Marketing Executive or coordinating junior team members is advantageous.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage but not essential.

  • Strong organisation and ownership of delivery.
  • Broad marketing understanding and awareness of how specialist functions connect.
  • Ability to anticipate dependencies and keep multiple workstreams moving.

  • Sound judgement on what to resolve independently and when to escalate.
  • Attention to detail, brand consistency, and information accuracy.
  • Practical budget awareness and supplier coordination.
  • Calm problem-solving and adaptability when priorities change.
  • Reliable follow-through from initial brief to final completion.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
