The posting

Company Overview

A new-generation real estate development company based in Dubai, creating a portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments designed around the future of human living.

The Company is built on the pillars of thoughtful design, ancient architectural wisdom, intelligent technology, and human-centred data. It is pioneering a new category of real estate: places that actively support human health, wellbeing, and longevity.

Technology is not treated as an add-on. It is integrated into the foundation of every development. Through its proprietary intelligent living system, the Company connects homes, products, and building systems. This intelligence learns from individual needs and evolves over time, creating environments that are more intuitive, responsive, and deeply human.

About the Company

  • Operates from Dubai with a cross-functional team spanning marketing, technology, development, design, sales, legal, and finance.
  • Works with a dedicated Partnerships and PR Agency to build a credible network of external partners.
  • Builds partnerships across technology, wellbeing, longevity, hospitality, and lifestyle to enrich the customer experience of every development.
  • Offers a rare opportunity to help shape a new category of real estate at a formative stage of the brand’s growth.

Job Purpose

The Partnership Executive supports the identification, development, and coordination of partnerships across the Company’s brands, projects, products, and business functions. Reporting to the Senior Brand & Marketing Manager, the role works closely with the appointed Partnerships and PR Agency to turn business requirements into relevant opportunities, introductions, and coordinated activity.

The role requires a confident communicator who is comfortable approaching prospective partners, starting conversations, and building professional relationships. Working across departments, the Partnership Executive proactively identifies where external relationships could add value, whether through technology, wellbeing, hospitality, customer benefits, brand collaborations, events, or other business needs.

The Partnership Executive keeps opportunities moving from initial research and outreach through to internal evaluation, onboarding, activation, and follow-up. The role ensures that requirements are understood, responsibilities are clear, and commitments are tracked through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Requirements & Opportunity Identification

  • Work with Marketing, Technology, Development, Design, Sales, customer-facing teams, and other departments to understand their partnership needs.
  • Proactively engage internal stakeholders to identify upcoming requirements, challenges, and opportunities for external collaboration.
  • Translate requirements into clear briefs covering objectives, partner capabilities, expected benefits, timelines, and internal ownership.
  • Research prospective partners across technology, wellbeing, longevity, hospitality, lifestyle, and other relevant sectors.
  • Assess potential partners for relevance, credibility, audience fit, and practical value to the business.
  • Maintain a prioritised opportunity list for review with the Senior Brand & Marketing Manager.

2. Partner Outreach & Relationship Development

  • Approach prospective partners through professional outreach, introductions, networking, and relevant industry events.
  • Communicate the Company’s approved proposition clearly and adapt the conversation to the interests of each prospective partner.
  • Arrange introductory meetings and prepare relevant background information, discussion points, and materials.
  • Build relationships with partner contacts and maintain consistent, purposeful follow-up.
  • Gather information on capabilities, interest, commercial expectations, and potential collaboration formats.
  • Recognise when specialist input or senior involvement is needed and bring the appropriate colleagues into discussions.

3. Partnerships & PR Agency Coordination

  • Act as the day-to-day coordination contact for the appointed Partnerships and PR Agency.
  • Share approved business priorities, partnership briefs, project updates, and relevant assets.
  • Coordinate agency research, introductions, meetings, proposals, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain a shared pipeline with clear ownership to avoid duplicate outreach or conflicting conversations.
  • Track agency deliverables, agreed next steps, and outstanding requirements.
  • Connect partnership opportunities with relevant PR, leadership profiling, event, and communications activity.
  • Escalate delays, gaps, or misalignment to the Senior Brand & Marketing Manager.

4. Internal Evaluation & Proposal Coordination

  • Coordinate feedback from relevant departments on proposed partnerships.
  • Prepare concise opportunity summaries outlining strategic fit, proposed activity, costs, dependencies, and expected value.
  • Gather technical, operational, brand, and commercial requirements from the appropriate business owners.
  • Support the preparation of partnership proposals and meeting materials with Marketing, Content, and Creative.
  • Track decisions and approvals, ensuring proposed commitments are reviewed by authorised stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, and Finance on due diligence, agreements, onboarding, and payment requirements.
  • Maintain clear records of agreed terms, responsibilities, deliverables, and timelines.

5. Partnership Activation & Delivery

  • Coordinate approved partnership activity with the relevant internal owner, agency, and partner teams.
  • Develop action plans covering deliverables, assets, approvals, milestones, and launch requirements.
  • Support co-branded campaigns, customer benefits, product demonstrations, events, and other agreed initiatives.
  • Work with Events, Social Media, Content, PR, and Digital Marketing to schedule relevant activity and communications.
  • Ensure partners receive approved brand guidelines, messaging, assets, and practical instructions.
  • Monitor fulfilment of commitments by both parties and flag delivery risks promptly.
  • Coordinate changes through the appropriate approval process.

6. Pipeline, Reporting & Ongoing Development

  • Maintain an accurate partnership tracker covering contacts, conversations, status, decisions, commitments, and next steps.
  • Provide regular updates to the Senior Brand & Marketing Manager on opportunities, progress, and matters requiring intervention.
  • Gather feedback from internal teams and partners to assess whether collaborations are meeting their objectives.
  • Track relevant outcomes, such as delivered customer benefits, engagement, commercial opportunities, or operational improvements.
  • Monitor agreement milestones, review dates, and renewal requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen existing relationships or extend successful collaborations to other business areas.
  • Stay informed about relevant businesses, industry developments, and emerging partnership models.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
