About the Client

Our client is a Dubai-based real estate and hospitality developer creating technology-led, design-driven communities. They combine smart living systems, ambient AI and longevity-focused environments in every project. Digital innovation sits at the core of their customer experience and long-term vision. They are now building a next-generation mobile ecosystem to connect residents, services and intelligent agents.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Mobile Systems Engineer who views mobile development not just as “building screens,” but as architecting the primary interface for Agentic Intelligence. You will build a high-performance Super App that seamlessly integrates financial services, identity and ambient AI.

This is a hybrid role requiring deep Flutter expertise and strong Backend engineering skills. You will lead the transition from static, menu-driven interfaces to Agentic UIs that leverage Voice (TTS/STT), Vision and Generative UI patterns to anticipate and serve user needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Super App Orchestration

  • Architect and maintain a scalable Flutter codebase capable of hosting multiple “mini-apps” (Fintech, Lifestyle, Identity) within a single ecosystem.
  • Implement complex user lifecycles, including SSO (Single Sign-On), multi-factor authentication and tiered KYC (Know Your Customer) workflows.
  • Lead the integration of multi-provider Payment Systems (Apple/Google Pay, Stripe and direct banking APIs).

2. Agentic & Conversational Interfaces

  • Design and build Agentic Interfaces where the UI dynamically adapts based on AI-inferred user intent (GenUI).
  • Implement low-latency, streaming TTS (Text-to-Speech) and STT (Speech-to-Text) systems for ambient and voice-first interactions.
  • Integrate mobile-side AI agents that can perform actions on behalf of the user across different modules of the Super App.

3. Fullstack Engineering

  • Develop and optimise high-concurrency Backend APIs (Python/Node.js/Go) that power the mobile experience.
  • Design secure data synchronisation patterns for offline-first capabilities and real-time state management.
  • Manage infrastructure for mobile-specific needs, such as push notification orchestration and OTA (Over-The-Air) updates.

4. Performance & Security

  • Ensure the Super App maintains a 60fps+ performance profile even with heavy AI and media processing.
  • Implement rigorous security standards for handling sensitive financial and identity data (biometrics, secure enclave, encrypted storage).

  • Mobile Framework: Flutter (Expert), Dart, Platform Channels (Swift/Kotlin)
  • AI Integration: TTS/STT (Whisper, ElevenLabs, Google Cloud Speech), OpenAI/Claude SDKs
  • Super App Features: SSO (OAuth2, OpenID Connect), KYC (Sumsub, Jumio), Payments (Stripe, Adyen)
  • Backend: Python (FastAPI/Django) or Node.js, REST/GraphQL, WebSockets
  • State Management: Riverpod, Bloc or Signals
  • DevOps / Mobile Ops: CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Fastlane), App Store/Play Store automation
  • Security: JWT, OAuth2, Biometric Auth, ProGuard/R8, SSL Pinning

  • Product Mindset: You bridge the gap between “what is technically possible” and “what feels like magic for the user.”

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building apps with 1M+ MAU (Monthly Active Users).
  • Contributions to the Flutter ecosystem (open-source packages or plugins).
  • Experience with on-device ML (TensorFlow Lite, CoreML) for privacy-preserving AI features.
  • Strong understanding of Micro-frontend or Micro-app architectures in a mobile context.
