Key Responsibilities

  • Run discovery workshops to identify high-value use cases, define MVP scope, and prioritize quick-win automation opportunities.
  • Rapidly prototype solutions, validate with end users, and productionize successful patterns into durable platform services.
  • Embed with cross-functional teams during critical releases to unblock dependencies and reduce time-to-value.
  • Build implementation playbooks and onboarding guides that improve adoption across claims teams. Establish outcome metrics (cycle time, accuracy, throughput, incident rate) and iterate based on production feedback.
  • Act as technical bridge across engineering, business, and support teams during rollouts and post-launch stabilization.
  • Build practical agents with Google ADK for document understanding, claims decision support, and workflow orchestration.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
