FREELANCE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our growing sales team!

🏡 WORK FROM HOME OPPORTUNITY

  • Work from home with flexible working arrangements.
  • No daily office attendance required.
  • Visit the office only for scheduled meetings, training sessions and company gatherings. Ready to visit client residence for handover
  • Manage your own schedule and work independently.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively source and develop new business opportunities.
  • Identify and approach potential clients.
  • Generate leads and secure new clients.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into successful placements.
  • Represent on behalf of agency professionally.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Sales-driven, ambitious and highly motivated.
  • Committed, responsible and target-oriented.
  • Confident in approaching and communicating with potential clients.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Consistent in following up and achieving sales targets.
  • Previous sales experience is an advantage.

CEI CERTIFICATION

  • Candidates with valid CEI certification will have an added advantage.
  • Candidates without CEI certification must be willing to obtain the required certification at their own expense, where applicable.
  • Must fulfil MOM's EA personnel registration requirements before performing regulated employment agency work.
