Om oss The International Preschool AB (IPS AB) är en fristående förskoleorganisation grundad 1989 i Göteborg. Vi bedriver verksamhet för barn i åldrarna 1–6 år på fyra förskolor: Majorna, Älvsborg, Guldheden och Biskopsgården. Vår pedagogik utgår från den svenska läroplanen för förskolan (Lpfö18) och genomsyras av kreativa teman, individanpassat lärande samt en värdegrund som främjar mångfald, genusperspektiv, demokrati och jämlikhet. Vi arbetar främst på svenska och engelska, och våra medarbetare bidrar med en rik mångfald av språk och kulturer som stärker vår inkluderande och multikulturella miljö. Som en mindre organisation erbjuder vi korta beslutsvägar, närvarande ledarskap och goda möjligheter att påverka verksamhetens utveckling. Vi deltar även i Erasmus+ och andra internationella samarbeten som bidrar till utveckling för både barn och medarbetare. Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på heltid med inledande provanställning enligt kollektivavtal. Vi söker dig som Har svensk förskollärarexamen med legitimation, eller utländsk examen med svensk legitimation från Skolverket. Behärskar svenska och engelska i tal och skrift. Är engagerad, ansvarstagande och har god samarbetsförmåga. Har ett starkt fokus på barns lärande, trygghet och delaktighet. Vill bidra till en inkluderande och utvecklande lärmiljö för alla barn.
