The Italian Greyhound is a dynamic and beautifully designed venue in the heart of Marylebone, offering team members the chance to work across a variety of unique spaces.

We’re excited to welcome an enthusiastic and dedicated Barback to our team, available to work afternoon and evening shifts from Thursday to Sunday. If you thrive in a lively environment, have a passion for great service, and enjoy making every guest feel special, we’d love to hear from you!

Every day is exciting as a Barback. Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Stock fridges, rotate supplies, connect beer lines, and ensure drinks flow smoothly.
  • Prepare drink accompaniments and support smooth service flow.
  • Support the team with flexibility and teamwork whenever needed.
  • Ensure the bar and surrounding areas are spotless.

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Likes being proactive, supportive, and always ready to lend a hand to keep the bar running smoothly.
  • Is passionate about hospitality and keen to develop knowledge.
  • Handles fast-paced, high-pressure situations with a composed and focused attitude.
