Join JAX Enterprise Learning and play an important role in how learning is delivered to employees and leaders across the organization. As our Learning Systems and Operations Specialist, you’ll help turn learning programs and priorities into a strong, seamless learner experience—bringing together learning technology, program operations, project coordination, data and reporting, and continuous improvement.
This is a hands-on role with meaningful ownership and variety. You’ll independently manage programs and operational work, solve problems, use data to identify opportunities for improvement, and help us find smarter and more scalable ways of working through technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
Just as important is how you work with people. You’ll collaborate with learning leaders, HR partners, managers, facilitators, vendors, and employees across JAX. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, follows through, uses sound judgment, and builds strong relationships through responsive, thoughtful service.

Salary Range: $60,618 – $87,896 based on years of related experience and internal equity considerations
Key Responsibilities
- Learning systems and support: Serve as a primary functional support resource for Workday Learning and related learning technologies. Assess operational needs, recommend system and process solutions, and support workflows, content structures, campaigns, reporting, and troubleshooting. Partner with HRIS and other technical resources when needed.
- Program and operational ownership: Plan, prioritize, and manage assigned enterprise learning programs and operational workstreams from initiation through delivery, evaluation, and closeout. Establish work plans, milestones, communications, and success measures; manage competing priorities; and adapt plans as needs change.
- Process improvement and technology: Identify opportunities to simplify, strengthen, and scale learning operations. Recommend and implement improvements using process redesign, automation, AI-enabled tools, and emerging learning technologies, and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Data, reporting, and insights: Analyze enrollment, attendance, completion, utilization, evaluation, engagement, and other learning data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities. Translate findings into actionable recommendations and develop dashboards, reports, and executive-ready summaries.
- Stakeholder consultation and learner support: Build strong working relationships with learning leaders, HR partners, managers, subject-matter experts, facilitators, vendors, and employees. Understand needs, assess options, recommend practical solutions, and provide responsive support and functional guidance to learning coordinators and partners while maintaining consistent enterprise practices.
- Compliance and educational program administration: Administer assigned compliance training and educational programs, including College and University awareness initiatives. Maintain required documentation and controls, address issues as they arise, monitor program effectiveness, and recommend improvements that reduce risk and strengthen service.
- Vendor and financial operations: Coordinate vendor relationships, deliverables, invoices, purchase orders, and program expenditures. Resolve discrepancies and support budget planning, reconciliation, and effective use of resources.
- Learning delivery and session support: Help create a welcoming and professional learner experience by supporting participants, facilitators, and session logistics. Provide program introductions and troubleshooting support and, as capability develops, facilitate selected learning sessions or serve as a trained backup facilitator.
- Exercise appropriate discretion and confidentiality in handling learner, employee, financial, engagement, and program information.

Requirements
- Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree required, with an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience considered. Degree in learning and development, education, human resources, business, operations, technology, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in learning systems, enterprise learning operations, project or program management, human resources, business operations, or a related function; 5+ years preferred.
- Learning systems: Working knowledge of learning management systems and the learning administration lifecycle. Workday Learning experience is preferred.
- Project and operational management: Strong ability to organize and manage multiple programs, projects, and priorities; establish plans and milestones; manage dependencies and risk; and independently move work forward.
- Analytical and continuous-improvement skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work with data, identify patterns and opportunities, evaluate workflows, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
- Communication and relationship skills: Excellent written, verbal, consultative, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across diverse audiences and handle confidential or sensitive matters with sound judgment, discretion, and diplomacy.
- Technology: Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Copilot, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Judgment and initiative: Ability to work with limited supervision, exercise independent judgment, solve non-routine problems, and recognize when consultation or escalation is appropriate.
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following is particularly valuable:
- Supporting enterprise learning in a complex or distributed organization.
- Taking ownership of an enterprise learning program, process, system, or cross-functional initiative.
- Developing dashboards, recurring metrics, evaluation summaries, or decision-support analyses.
- Coordinating vendors, budgets, compliance-related learning, or enterprise communications.
- Applying automation, AI-enabled tools, or emerging technologies to improve administrative, analytical, or learning workflows.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Sedentary: exerting up to 10 lbs occasionally, sitting most of the time, with only brief periods of standing or walking.
