Jim Pattison Collision & Glass is looking for an organized and motivated Production Coordinator to join our team in Winnipeg! In this role, you’ll help coordinate the day-to-day activities of the shop, keeping repairs moving efficiently and supporting our team in delivering quality work on time. You’ll work closely with technicians, estimators, parts, and management while helping ensure our customers receive a smooth and positive experience throughout the repair process. Schedule: This is a full-time, permanent role of 40 hours per week. The regular schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. This role reports to the Collision Manager of the dealership. You’ll work closely with technicians, estimators, parts, management, and other team members to help ensure vehicles move efficiently through the repair process. Your day will include coordinating repair priorities, monitoring vehicle progress, communicating updates, helping identify and address delays, and ensuring the team has the information and resources needed to keep repairs moving. You’ll also help maintain an organized production schedule and communicate with customers and insurance partners when required. This is a hands-on role where strong organization, communication, and follow-through are essential. You’ll be an important part of the team, helping create a positive work environment while ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands collision repair, knows how to organize a busy production environment, and takes pride in building a positive, accountable team culture. What We're Looking For
Previous experience in automotive collision repair or a strong understanding of the collision repair process. Knowledge of the Manitoba Public Insurance (MPI) claims and repair process is an asset. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to coordinate and prioritize work in a fast-paced collision centre environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work effectively with technicians, estimators, parts teams, management, customers, and insurance partners. A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to recognize and communicate potential delays or issues. Ability to take initiative, follow through on responsibilities, and keep the team informed. Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an asset, but not required.
