Καθήκοντα και Αρμοδιότητες

  • Παροχή καθημερινής προσωπικής, διοικητικής και γραμματειακής υποστήριξης στον Διευθυντή της εταιρείας.
  • Οργάνωση και συντονισμός των καθημερινών εργασιών και υποχρεώσεων της Διεύθυνσης.
  • Διαχείριση ημερολογίου, προγραμματισμός συναντήσεων και παρακολούθηση εκκρεμοτήτων.
  • Διαχείριση τηλεφωνικών κλήσεων και ηλεκτρονικής αλληλογραφίας, καθώς και υποδοχή πελατών και συνεργατών.
  • Προετοιμασία, διαχείριση και αρχειοθέτηση εγγράφων, τιμολογίων, προσφορών και άλλων εταιρικών αρχείων.
  • Υποστήριξη στην ετοιμασία και παρακολούθηση εμπορικών και τεχνικών προσφορών, σε συνεργασία με τα αρμόδια άτομα.
  • Επικοινωνία και συντονισμός με πελάτες, προμηθευτές και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες.

Προσόντα και Δεξιότητες

  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση προσωπικής βοηθού, γραμματειακής ή διοικητικής υποστήριξης.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών και εφαρμογών Microsoft Office.
  • Άριστες οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
  • Ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης πολλαπλών καθηκόντων και προτεραιοτήτων.
  • Εχεμύθεια, υπευθυνότητα, επαγγελματισμός και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
  • Πρωτοβουλία, ευελιξία και ομαδικό πνεύμα συνεργασίας.
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία στον κατασκευαστικό τομέα θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν.

Δευτέρα – Παρασκευή, 08:00 – 16:30, με διάλειμμα 30 λεπτών.
