The Job Store zoekt voor één van haar klanten een Transportplanner.

Jouw taken: Je staat in voor de controle en opvolging van de leveringsbonnen zodat alles correct verwerkt wordt. Door regelmatig contact te onderhouden met het magazijn zorg je voor een vlotte logistieke werking. Je bent de schakel tussen klanten, leveranciers en interne diensten en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Bestellingen ontvangen, verwerken en nauwgezet opvolgen behoren tot jouw dagelijkse taken. Met een goede coördinatie van de informatiestromen help je mee om levertermijnen te respecteren en klanten tevreden te houden. Daarnaast zorg je voor een vriendelijk en professioneel onthaal van bezoekers en transporteurs op de site.

Je houdt van menselijk contact en communiceert vlot met klanten, leveranciers en collega's. Dankzij je goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels weet je met verschillende gesprekspartners een vertrouwensband op te bouwen. Met jouw nauwkeurige en georganiseerde aanpak zorg je voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van dossiers en bestellingen. Het combineren van verschillende taken geeft je energie en je weet altijd de juiste prioriteiten te stellen. Je denkt oplossingsgericht, neemt initiatief en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen. Werken met courante pc-toepassingen vormt voor jou geen enkel probleem. Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband voel je je helemaal in je element. Ervaring binnen transport of logistiek is een mooie troef.
