Head of Partner Management (Europe) (m/f/d) Tkg EuropeLuxembourg Full-time, permanent About the role Tkg Europe is looking for a Head of Partner Management (Europe) to be the main link between tkg and a leading telecommunications client. You will act as single point of contact (SPOC) and strategic partner to the client's Customer Operations leadership team. You will advise and guide rather than manage: the role has no formal management authority over client employees. Your responsibilities • Act as SPOC and trusted advisor to the Customer Operations leadership team • Provide strategic category leadership advice and executive-level advisory support • Advise on procurement transformation, supplier strategy and operating model design • Advise on supplier governance and supplier relationship management (SRM) • Identify commercial opportunities and bring them into the client relationship • Support stakeholder engagement across the client organisation • Coach and develop client teams to build lasting capability • Own the monthly governance process and manage the advisory engagement, bringing in tkg specialists where they add value • Safeguard the quality, commercial health and long-term growth of the partnership Your profile • Required: Proven in-depth knowledge of the BPO industry and Customer Operations Job Description • Required: Fluent English, Spanish and German. Other European languages are an advantage • Required: Valid permission to work in Luxembourg • Required: Availability for frequent on-site meetings with the client in Luxembourg • +10 years of experience in consulting, procurement, vendor management or partner management at senior level • Track record of advising executives and building trust at senior leadership level • Strong skills in stakeholder management, negotiation and communication • Ability to influence without formal authority • Experience in telecommunications is an advantage • Willingness to travel occasionally What we offer • A high-visibility, senior role in a long-term strategic partnership • Varied, intellectually demanding advisory work • Competitive salary and benefits • Professional development and a collaborative team How to apply Please send your CV and a short cover letter to our e-mail.
