Job Title: Digital Marketing Intern

Location: Hybrid (Ahmedabad – Office Mon–Thu, Remote Fri–Sun)\ Duration: 3–6 months\ Stipend: As per industry standards\ Reporting to: Founder & Marketing Consultant

About The Leaders Hive:\ The Leaders Hive helps startups and enterprises find visionary talent. As we scale our presence, we are seeking a digital marketing intern who can support content creation and social media management to build a strong digital brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms

- Design graphics, reels, and posts aligned with our employer branding strategy

- Monitor analytics and suggest improvements to increase engagement and reach

- Assist in writing blogs, newsletters, and thought leadership content

- Run targeted campaigns (organic and paid) and measure ROI

- Support email marketing and event promotions

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field

- Proficient in Canva, basic video editing tools, and social media management platforms

- Excellent written and visual storytelling skills

- Understanding of marketing metrics, audience engagement, and brand tonality

- Passionate about startups, hiring trends, and professional branding
