Job Title: Recruitment Intern

Location: Hybrid (Ahmedabad – Office Mon–Thu, Remote Fri–Sun)\ Duration: 3–6 months\ Stipend: As per industry standards\ Reporting to: Talent Acquisition Lead

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination

- Draft engaging job descriptions and post on relevant job boards

- Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate fit

- Maintain candidate databases and update trackers in a timely manner

- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview experience

- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and dashboards

- Participate in employer branding initiatives like campus outreach and social media hiring campaigns

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Interest in talent acquisition and human capital

- Comfortable working with Excel, LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and ATS tools (training provided)

- High sense of ownership, discipline, and attention to detail

Learning Opportunities:

- Exposure to full-cycle recruitment and client-facing interactions

- Hands-on experience in sourcing and assessment strategies

- Understanding of startup and corporate hiring needs
