Løn og vilkår: Konkurrencedygtig lønpakke

  • €1.350 brutto/måned, stigende til €1.400 efter 6 måneder + ubegrænset bonus baseret på KPI'er (i gennemsnit €250–300/måned) + relokeringspakke for kandidater, der flytter til Cypern
  • Mulighed for at modtage €1.500 ved selvstændig arrangering af bolig
  • Alternativ relokeringspakke med refusion af flybillet op til €300 samt firmabolig i op til to måneder
  • Første måned i firmabolig er gratis, anden måned koster €100

ARBEJDSOPGAVER OG ANSVARSOMRÅDER:

  • Yde kundesupport af høj kvalitet til brugere via telefon, e-mail og livechat
  • Hjælpe kunder med kontorelaterede, tekniske og platformsspecifikke forespørgsler
  • Støtte brugere med nulstilling af adgangskoder, betalinger og generel kontoadministration
  • Fejlfinde tekniske problemer og yde klar, løsningsorienteret vejledning
  • Opretholde en professionel og kundeorienteret tilgang i alle interaktioner
  • Præcist dokumentere kundehenvendelser og relevante sagsoplysninger
  • Eskalere komplekse eller uløste problemer til de relevante interne teams
  • Opnå fastsatte mål for kvalitet, produktivitet, kundetilfredshed og fremmøde

KVALIFIKATIONER:

  • Dansk på modersmålsniveau eller flydende (minimum C1)
  • Flydende engelsk
  • Gennemført ungdomsuddannelse (f.eks. STX, HHX, HTX, EUX eller tilsvarende)
  • Tidligere erfaring med kundeservice er en fordel
  • Gode it- og teknologifærdigheder
  • Stærke kommunikationsevner og god til kundekontakt
  • Gode problemløsningsevner
  • Evne til at multitaske og arbejde effektivt under pres
  • Venlig, pålidelig og kundeorienteret fremtræden
  • Ren straffeattest
  • Villighed til at flytte til og arbejde på kontoret i Larnaca, Cypern
