The posting

Your daily work will include

  • Managing transaction and payment-related inquiries
  • Supporting refunds, manual charges, and payment tracing
  • Onboarding new B2B customers
  • Updating merchant records in internal systems
  • Working in fixed shifts Monday to Friday (09:00–17:00 or 10:30–18:30)
  • Achieving performance targets and contributing to team success

  • Indefinite contract
  • Performance bonus up to 10%, with overachievement bonus up to 12%

Your qualifications

  • Native or near-native Dutch (C2 level)
  • English C1 level
  • Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency
  • Analytical mindset and confidence working with financial data
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Target-oriented team player
