Functieomschrijving:

Kruip in de rol van Klantenservicecoördinator en draag bij aan onze missie in het beheer van belangrijke regelingen zoals de Zorgverzekeringswet (Zvw), de Sociale Ondersteuningswet (Wmo) en de Wet Langdurige Zorg (Wlz) Je behandelt belangrijke vragen en hebt direct invloed op de klanttevredenheid en de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Klantcontact: Telefoongesprekken afhandelen over openstaande saldi, automatische incasso's en wijzigingen in de regelingen voor Wmo en Wlz
  • Efficiënte verwerking: Schriftelijke verzoeken voor updates van rekeninggegevens verwerken en zorg dragen voor het verwerken van automatische incasso's
  • Uitstekende service leveren: Klantenservice van topkwaliteit bieden en een hoge mate van administratieve nauwkeurigheid hanteren

Ideale kandidaat:

  • Uitstekende taalvaardigheid: Vloeiend Nederlands (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk) en een goede beheersing van het Engels
  • Uitzonderlijke communicatieve vaardigheden: het vermogen om ideeën helder en boeiend over te brengen.
  • Technisch onderlegd: je bent vertrouwd met diverse computerprogramma's en -tools
  • Georganiseerd en analytisch: besluitvaardigheid en analytische vermogen helpt je om op de zaken vooruit te lopen
  • Klantgerichte houding: een positieve instelling en focus op het leveren van uitstekende klanttevredenheid
  • Waardevolle ervaring: Hoewel eerdere ervaring een pluspunt is, is leergierigheid en de wil om te groeien iets wat voor ons echt telt
