The posting

Position: iGaming Team Leader

Location: Remote

Employment type: Full-time

Salary: €35,000–€40,000 gross per year "* 100% remote working Company-provided laptop 6-month renewable contract

Working Hours 24/7 shift coverage, depending on the roster arrangement Regular shifts generally start at either 16:00 or 18:00 GMT+8 Each shift lasts 9 hours, including a 1-hour meal break During the training month, working hours start at 11:00 GMT+9 (Korea time) RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, support and motivate a team of Korean-speaking customer support agents
  • Oversee daily customer service operations and ensure excellent player experiences across all support channels
  • Monitor team performance, productivity and quality standards
  • Coach team members and provide ongoing guidance to help them achieve performance targets
  • Handle escalated player queries and complex customer issues
  • Ensure customer enquiries are managed professionally, accurately and efficiently
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, team performance and service delivery
  • Collaborate with other departments to support smooth operations and resolve issues effectively
  • Foster a positive, productive and high-performing team environment

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native-level Korean language skills
  • Good English communication skills
  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry, ideally in customer support or player services
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or in a people management role
  • Alternatively, experience overseeing a team, supporting colleagues or taking responsibility for team performance
  • Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to motivate others, manage competing priorities and work independently in a remote environment
