OPGAVER OG ANSVARSOMRÅDER:

  • Yde kundesupport via telefon, chat og e-mail på tværs af digitale kommunikationsplatforme
  • Hjælpe kunder med tekniske problemer relateret til mobilapps og hjemmesider
  • Fejlfinde almindelige tekniske og kontorelaterede problemer og give klar vejledning
  • Håndtere henvendelser vedrørende digitale tjenester i både den offentlige og den private sektor
  • Samarbejde med de relevante platformsteams om henvendelser vedrørende virksomhedskonti
  • Identificere kundernes behov og henvise brugerne til den rette afdeling eller tjeneste
  • Eskalere komplekse eller sektorspecifikke sager til de relevante interne teams eller eksterne partnere
  • Håndtere kundeklager professionelt og arbejde hen imod en rettidig løsning
  • Opretholde en høj standard inden for kundeservice og samtidig nå kvalitets- og produktivitetsmål

KRAV:

  • Dansk som modersmål eller flydende dansk (C2), både skriftligt og mundtligt
  • Gode engelskkundskaber (minimum B2)
  • Gymnasial uddannelse eller tilsvarende
  • Tidligere erfaring med kundeservice, callcenter eller teknisk support foretrækkes, men er ikke et krav
  • Stærke kommunikations- og problemløsningsevner
  • Tryg ved at yde support via telefon, chat og e-mail
  • God teknisk forståelse og gode fejlfindingsevner
  • Kundefokuseret med evne til at håndtere klager professionelt
  • Evne til hurtigt at lære digitale platforme og processer at kende
  • Ret til at arbejde på Cypern som EU-borger
  • Kan arbejde på skiftende vagter
