WHO WE ARE? Scape’s vision is to be the Earth’s best living company (so you can see straight off the bat we are a conservative bunch!). We are a leading provider of student accommodation in Australia. We currently have the capacity to provide a home to 20,000 students (and are growing) and we don't simply provide a bed and roof; we also provide a unique, amazing experience and a safe environment to help students make the most of their studies.

THE ROLE Our Casual Wellness & Hygiene team members are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation and overall guest-ready standard of our Scape assets. We are seeking an enthusiastic Housekeeper to join our Wellness & Hygiene team in Brisbane, supporting our short-stay accommodation operations. In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

Cleaning and preparing short-stay rooms and apartments between guest stays, ensuring they are clean, comfortable and guest-ready Making beds and replenishing linen, towels and in-room amenities as required Reporting maintenance issues, damage, lost property or other concerns identified during cleaning Following all health, safety and hygiene requirements and maintaining safe cleaning practices at all times Supporting the wider Wellness & Hygiene team with building presentation and other cleaning duties as required

Please note this is a Monday to Sunday role, with standard working hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm. Our short-stay operations are currently expected to run through to 31 January 2027, and based on operational requirements, shifts may only be available up to this date.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE We are seeking enthusiastic self-starters with the following skills and experience:

High attention to detail Ability to prioritise and multitask Can work in team or individual setting Ability to work with and relate to young adults while also maintaining professional and cultural sensitivity and boundaries 1-2 years' experience as a public area cleaner in a large commercial environment or room attendant in a 4 – 5 star hotel environment
