Deine Aufgaben

  • Anpacken & Vorbereiten: Du bist live dabei, wenn wir Sets aufbauen und einrichten. Du bewegst Bauwände, hilfst beim Set-Dressing und sorgst dafür, dass am Set alles am richtigen Platz ist.
  • Technische Verantwortung: Du unterstützt an der Kamera, beim Licht und in der Medientechnik (Signalwege & Monitoring). Du lernst, wie man High-End-Equipment nicht nur bedient, sondern auch pflegt, verkabelt und bei Bedarf repariert.
  • Spezialtechnik: Du lernst den Umgang mit komplexen Systemen wie High-Speed-Kameras, SFX-Rigs und unserem Motion-Control-Roboter – das erfordert höchste Konzentration und technisches Fingerspitzengefühl.
  • Nachbereitung: Ein Drehtag endet erst, wenn alles abgebaut, kontrolliert und wieder sicher verstaut ist. Ordnung ist bei uns die Basis für Präzision.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Macher-Mentalität: Du siehst die Arbeit, bevor man sie dir zuweist. Du bist physisch belastbar und hast eine echte „Hands-on“-Einstellung.
  • Vorerfahrung: Du hast bereits aktiv fotografiert, gefilmt sowie geschnitten und kannst uns deine Arbeiten zeigen.
  • Software-Basis: Du beherrschst die Grundlagen der Adobe Creative Cloud und hast idealerweise schon erste Projekte in DaVinci Resolve bearbeitet.
  • Soziale Kompetenz: Du bist zuverlässig, pünktlich und hast ein professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Team und Kunden.
  • Englischkenntnisse: Da wir international arbeiten, kannst du dich sicher verständigen.
