  • Je hebt ervaring in een professionele keuken.
  • Je beheerst de snijtechnieken en werkt snel en nauwkeurig.
  • Hygiëne en netheid zijn voor ons absolute prioriteiten.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en zelfstandig.
  • Je helpt bij de mise-en-place en tijdens de service aan de pass.
  • Ervaring met de Aziatische keuken is een grote plus, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar, gemotiveerd en stipt.
  • The Mistress is 3 dagen open: donderdag-vrijdag-zaterdag

The Mistress is een klein boutique restaurant met een Perzische-Zuidoost-Aziatische keuken. We werken met 2 shiften: van 18u-20u en van 20u15 - 22u. Het kader is duister verlicht en ons publiek is fantastisch. Voor solliciteren, bekijk zeker de website zodat je een goed beeld van de sfeer van dit restaurant.

Orde, netheid en persoonlijke hygiëne zijn voor ons absolute prioriteiten. Je werkt snel, nauwkeurig en georganiseerd. Je luistert goed naar instructies en volgt deze correct op. Je bent een echte teamspeler en past je vlot aan binnen een klein, goed op elkaar ingespeeld team. Je volgt de stock op en geeft aan wanneer de keuken producten moet bijbestellen.
