¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

  • Realizar actividades de mantenimiento predictive, preventivo y correctivo de equipos e instalaciones;
  • Inspeccionar los equipos e instalaciones para detectar anomalías e intervenir con el fin de evitar tiempos de indisponibilidad o situaciones de riesgo.
  • Recuperar y fabricar estructuras metálicas utilizando equipos como sopletes, máquinas de soldar, amoladora, taladro, etc.
  • Participar en las evaluaciones de riesgos para la ejecución de los trabajos.
  • Leer e interpretar dibujos mecánicos, esquemas hidráulicos y neumáticos.
  • Participar en discusiones para buscar las causas de los problemas en los equipos e instalaciones.
  • Llenar informes y órdenes de servicio con información sobre intervenciones en el equipo.
  • Sugerir e implementar mejoras en el equipamiento y las instalaciones.
  • Ejecutar las órdenes de trabajo del programa diario, semanal, quincenal, mensual, semestral y anual elaborado por el PCM y las órdenes correctivas según las instrucciones recibidas.
  • Cree y/o replique dispositivos mecánicos que aumenten el rendimiento de sus actividades respetando los requisitos de seguridad necesarios para la tarea.
  • Realizar otras tareas que le sean solicitadas dentro de sus atribuciones/responsabilidades e inherentes a la misma.
  • Supervisar las pruebas de producción, verificando el buen funcionamiento de las máquinas.
  • Identificar las necesidades de reparación en las herramientas utilizadas en el proceso productivo.
  • Supervisar y/o realizar el cambio de aceite, la limpieza y el mantenimiento de los compresores.
  • Garantizar la confiabilidad de la llegada y el control de los materiales en el almacén, asegurando que estén de acuerdo con las solicitudes solicitadas y satisfagan las necesidades de la unidad.
  • Asegurar la ejecución de las tareas por parte del equipo de mantenimiento mecánico de Mosaic y el contratista.
  • Solicitar solicitudes de compra según lo requiera su área de responsabilidad;
  • Participar en la elaboración de análisis de riesgos, análisis de fallas, procedimientos de seguridad, mantenimiento y operación, apoyando a las demás áreas operativas.
  • Apoyar al supervisor en el cumplimiento de las órdenes de servicio generadas por el PCM.
  • Apoyar al supervisor en el cumplimiento del horario de servicios, ya sea diario, semanal, quincenal, mensual, semestral, anual, etc.
  • Apoyar al supervisor en la toma de decisiones dentro de sus atribuciones/responsabilidades.
  • Guiar a los operadores sobre las mejores condiciones de funcionamiento del equipo.
  • Monitorear las tareas de los proveedores de servicios en actividades relacionadas con su área de especialización.
  • Validar técnicamente los equipos/materiales mecánicos aplicables a la unidad.
