Who You Are:

  • A strategic thinker with 15+ years in software development (10+ leading high-performing teams).
  • A scale-up expert you've built, optimized, and led organizations of 30+ engineers.
  • A tech visionary fluent in backend infrastructure, frontend platforms, and cloud architecture.
  • AI-obsessed bonus points if you bring deep learning, recommendation systems, or generative AI experience.
  • A storyteller you can articulate complex technical concepts with clarity (even to non-tech execs).
  • A fast mover you balance strategy with execution, delivering results while scaling for the future.
