Job Description

The Senior Product Manager, Audience Measurement & Media Data will lead a critical area of measurement innovation across streaming, broadcast, and cable television. This role will shape the products, platforms, and data capabilities that help media companies understand who is watching, what they are watching, and how audiences move across screens and platforms.

The role brings together audience measurement, advanced analytics, third-party signals, data science, engineering, and product strategy. You will lead the development of scalable measurement capabilities that combine viewing behavior with high-quality external signals to produce richer, more accurate, and more actionable insights.

Your work will directly support the needs of publishers, broadcasters, streaming platforms, advertisers, agencies, media buyers, and other industry stakeholders. You will help them make better decisions about content, programming, advertising, audience development, and media investment.

This is a highly visible leadership role for an independent thinker who can set direction in a complex and evolving market. You will own a meaningful part of the audience measurement ecosystem, make decisions across product and technology trade-offs, and partner with a broad set of technical, analytical, commercial, and operational teams to deliver measurable customer value.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for audience measurement and media data solutions across streaming, broadcast, and cable.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle, from identifying customer needs and defining requirements through delivery, adoption, and improvement.
  • Partner with engineering, data science, research, and analytics teams to develop scalable measurement solutions.
  • Drive innovation by combining viewing data and third-party signals to improve audience insights and measurement accuracy.
  • Define product priorities, performance metrics, and success measures while balancing business needs and technical requirements.
  • Ensure data quality, reliability, privacy, and measurement integrity through continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve products.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, manage priorities, and communicate product progress and results to leadership.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop product team members, supporting performance, accountability, and career growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in product management, data products, analytics, technology, or related fields.
  • Previous experience directly managing and developing employees.
  • Experience owning data-driven products and managing the full product lifecycle.
  • Ability to work with engineering, data science, and other technical teams.
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in television, streaming, advertising, or audience measurement.
  • Knowledge of cross-platform measurement, third-party data, and audience enrichment.
  • Familiarity with data quality, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern data architectures.
  • Understanding of statistical modeling or machine learning.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
