Med utgångspunkt i Nobelprisets unika kombination av ämnesområden – naturvetenskap, litteratur och fred – bjuder Nobelprismuseet in till utställningar, visningar, skolprogram, föreläsningar och samtal om vår tids stora frågor.

Genom museets utåtriktade arbete vill vi inspirera våra besökare att känna att de själva kan vara med och förbättra världen i Nobelprisets anda.

Med sikte på Nobelcenter Slussen söker vi dig, vår nya köksansvarig som med din kreativitet vill vara med och utveckla vårt restaurangkoncept.

I samverkan med restaurangansvarig ansvarar du för inspirerande matlagning till vår restaurang och evenemangsavdelning och bygger samverkans- och kontaktytor inom vår verksamhet, tar fram menyer för både eventverksamheten och vår bistro.

Du säkerställer en god leverans genom effektiv drift och god kundservice och bidrar till en bra kommunikation mellan köket och servisen.

·Att organisera driften i köket

·Ta fram menyer

·Se till att vi följer regler inom livsmedelssäkerhet

·Kalkylering och inköp

·Arbetsleda teamet i köket

·Att lära upp ny personal

·Att utveckla vårt koncept gällande vår programverksamhet på kvällar och helger.

Vi söker dig som har ett genuint driv att utveckla våra menyer med smak och nytänkande utefter vad årstiden erbjuder. Du kan köksekonomi och har förmågan att hålla kostnader under kontroll utan att tumma på kvalité. Du är van att jobba självständigt samt samverka vid event.

Du inspirerar dina kollegor med ditt brinnande intresse för mat och dryck. Du har gedigen erfarenhet som kock, är lyhörd och engagerande och har samtidigt en rak och tydlig kommunikation. Som person är du stabil, har skinn på näsan och är bra på att organisera. Du är stresstålig och van vid högt tryck samt flexibel, prestigelös.

För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du har gymnasieutbildning/yrkesutbildning till kock och minst 5 års erfarenhet inom yrkesområdet.

Då vi strävar efter att arbeta så hållbart som möjligt får du gärna ha intresse för och kunskap om hållbarhetsarbete. Restaurangen satsar på att servera mycket grönt på tallrikarna. Plus är att har erfarenhet av att jobba modernt och satsa på grönt

Arbetet består av ca 80% operativt och ca 20% admin.

Du kan utrycka dig obehindrat på svenska i tal och skrift och har goda kunskaper i engelska.

Rollen är en tillsvidareanställning på heltid. Du rapporterar till Food & Beverage Manager.

Arbetstiderna är mestadels förlagd till dagtid, men kvälls- och helgtjänstgöring ingår i arbetet.

Bra villkor och lön enligt överenskommelse.
