Deine Rolle

Du bringst frischen Wind in unser Marketing-Team und hilfst uns, coole Kampagnen zu entwickeln, spannende Kooperationen anzubahnen und unser Influencer-Netzwerk auszubauen. Mit kreativen Ideen und einer Hands-on-Mentalität trägst du dazu bei, die nucao Brand noch bekannter zu machen und unsere Mission in die Welt zu tragen.

  • Marketing 360°: Du tauchst ins Marketing-Universum bei nucao ein und bekommst Einblick in alle Channels – von Events und Verkostungen bis hin zu PR, Social Media und spannenden Kooperationen.
  • Creator-Networking: Du findest die passenden Influencer:innen, baust wertvolle Beziehungen auf und steuerst unsere Partnerships souverän. Von der ersten Anfrage bis zum Kampagnen-Abschluss behälst du den Überblick!
  • Brand-Matchmaking: Du entwickelst kreative Collab-Konzepte mit Marken und Persönlichkeiten, die zu unseren Werten passen, und bringst spannende Kooperationen zum Strahlen.
  • Campaign-Power: Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Umsetzung von originellen Kampagnen, die unsere Markenwerte transportieren und neue Zielgruppen begeistern.
  • Zahlen im Blick: Du behältst wichtige KPIs im Auge, analysierst deine Aktivitäten und ziehst daraus smarte Schlüsse für zukünftige Strategien.
  • Team-Spirit: Du bringst deine Ideen proaktiv ein und heckst gemeinsam mit dem Team coole Kampagnenkonzepte aus, die wirken.

Dein Skillset

  • Du befindest dich im fortgeschrittenen Studium, idealerweise im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, BWL oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Trends und Social Media und kennst dich mit der Kampagnen- und Influencer-Landschaft aus.
  • Du verfügst über eine hohe Kommunikationsstärke und verhandelst gerne – sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Marken und ihre Werte und verstehst, welche Partnerships für nucao Sinn machen.
  • Du bekommst nicht genug von creamy Schokolade und hast Bock, als Teil eines hochmotivierten Teams die Schokoladen-Industrie nachhaltig umzukrempeln.
  • Du bringst eine Hands-on-Mentalität mit, bist organisiert und arbeitest zielstrebig und zuverlässig.
  • Du bist kreativ, aufgeschlossen und ein Teamplayer.

Achtung: Bitte bewirb dich nur, wenn du für ein Pflicht- oder studienbegleitendes Vollzeitpraktikum verfügbar bist und mindestens 6 Monate Zeit hast. Für diese Stelle ist keine Werki-Tätigkeit oder ein freiwilliges Praktikum vorgesehen.
