Notre client grand groupe international renforce le socle tech de ses applications stratégiques, dont son application phare de clienteling.

Du back robuste, du front React et de l’IA au quotidien !

Tu interviens sur un rôle full-stack à dominante back-end : les API que tu construis font tourner des applications critiques en production.

Tes missions 🎯

  • Concevoir, développer et maintenir des services back-end en Node.js / TypeScript avec NestJS : modules, injection de dépendances, guards et interceptors.
  • Exposer et faire évoluer les API consommées par les applications mobiles du groupe, dont l’application de clienteling.
  • Modéliser et optimiser les données sur MongoDB : schémas, index, agrégations et performances des requêtes.
  • Mettre en place et exploiter Redis : cache, sessions, files de messages et rate limiting.
  • Développer des applications et interfaces web en React avec Next.js : SSR / SSG, App Router et API routes, connectées aux API back-end.
  • Coder en mode AI-augmented au quotidien avec Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot ou un outil équivalent, pour générer du code, réaliser des revues, écrire des tests et de la documentation, tout en gardant la maîtrise et la responsabilité de ce que tu livres.
  • Contribuer aux pipelines CI/CD : build, tests automatisés, qualité et déploiements.
  • Garantir la qualité des livrables grâce aux tests unitaires, d’intégration et end-to-end, aux revues de code et au monitoring. L’IA peut t’aider sur la documentation, mais c’est toi qui signes !
  • Travailler main dans la main avec les développeurs mobiles, les Product Owners et les Designers.

Ton terrain de jeu tech 🛠

  • Langages : TypeScript sur Node.js.
  • Frameworks : NestJS côté back-end, Next.js et React côté front-end.
  • Données : MongoDB (Mongoose) et Redis.
  • API : REST ; GraphQL est un plus.
  • Tests : unitaires, d’intégration et end-to-end.
  • Outils : Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot ou équivalent, pipelines CI/CD.
  • Bonus : écosystème mobile (Swift / iOS, React Native), cloud et conteneurisation (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS / GCP / Azure).

Le profil recherché

Tu as un profil confirmé à senior et une expérience en production en développement full-stack orienté Node.js / TypeScript. Les profils juniors ne seront pas retenus.

Tu maîtrises :

  • NestJS et Next.js, ainsi que leur écosystème.
  • MongoDB, notamment la modélisation, l’indexation et l’optimisation des performances.
  • Redis en contexte applicatif.
  • Les bonnes pratiques de qualité logicielle et d’industrialisation.

Tu as également :

  • Une vraie appétence pour la CI/CD et l’industrialisation.
  • Une expérience en fort trafic
  • Un usage quotidien et avancé des outils d’IA pour développer. Ce point est éliminatoire : les profils qui codent exclusivement à la main ne seront pas retenus.
  • Un regard critique sur le code généré par l’IA et la capacité à défendre tes choix techniques.
  • De la rigueur, de l’autonomie et le sens de la qualité sur des produits à forte visibilité.
  • Un français courant. L’anglais professionnel est apprécié.

C’est un gros plus si tu as :

  • Une expérience dans l’écosystème mobile : iOS / Swift ou React Native.
  • Développé des API pour des applications publiées sur les stores.
  • Travaillé dans le luxe, le retail ou sur des produits grand public à fort trafic.
