Our client, a high-end boutique hotel in Nairobi, is looking for experienced and service-driven Waiters to join their team.The ideal candidates should have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming dining experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude. Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and offer recommendations when needed. Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Set up and clear tables promptly, maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Process payments and issue receipts with accuracy. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests courteously. Follow hygiene and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service. Assist in restocking inventory and preparing for peak service hours. Requirements Qualifications & Experience: Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent certification is a plus. 2-4 years of experience as a waiter in a hotel, fine dining restaurant, or upscale café. Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu pairings and presentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays when necessary. Team player with a positive and customer-centric attitude.
