Salary Range: $55,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are working with companies in Otsego that are adding Bookkeeper / Office Managers to their teams. These organizations value quality over speed in hiring. By connecting with us, you position yourself for opportunities that align with what you're looking for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor invoices and customer payments.
  • Process payroll, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly.
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation for auditing purposes.
  • Oversee general office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and communications.
  • Assist with human resources tasks, including new employee onboarding and record-keeping.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
  • Familiarity with inventory management principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with payroll processing and related compliance
  • Knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting principles
