Continuous Improvement Leader | DeWitt, MI

Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

We partner with leading manufacturing companies in DeWitt, seeking experienced Continuous Improvement Leaders to strengthen their teams.

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the DeWitt region seeking Continuous Improvement Leaders. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates—not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads and facilitates Kaizen events and workshops across manufacturing operations.
  • Develops and implements Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize production processes.
  • Mentors and coaches employees at all levels on continuous improvement principles and tools.
  • Identifies and analyzes process gaps and inefficiencies, proposing data-driven solutions.
  • Establishes and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of improvement initiatives.
  • Drives a culture of continuous improvement, fostering employee engagement and ownership.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and sustainment.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results through process optimization and waste reduction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and change management skills.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
  • Experience with AI/ML-driven process optimization tools
  • Demonstrated success in change management within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong presentation and training skills
