Customer Service Representative | Manistee, MI

Salary Range: $46,000 - $66,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Manistee that are seeking Customer Service Representatives. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, order status, and delivery schedules.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
