Salary Range: $49,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Mattawan that are seeking Field Service Technicians. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and preventative repairs on manufacturing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system malfunctions.

  • Calibrate and test equipment to ensure optimal performance and adherence to specifications.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in electronics, mechatronics, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
  • Strong understanding of PLC control systems and HMI interfaces.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with specific manufacturing equipment (e.g., CNC machines, robotics, PLCs).
  • Prior military experience in a technical field.
  • Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., OSHA, specific software/hardware, electrical).
  • Fluency in multiple languages, particularly those common in a global manufacturing environment.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and troubleshooting complex systems.
