Salary Range: $65,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Byron Center that are seeking skilled Finishing Supervisors. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train finishing personnel on proper techniques and safety procedures.
  • Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and specifications.

Recommended Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finishing processes (e.g., painting, polishing, assembly).

  • Strong understanding of quality control standards and procedures in finishing.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems for production tracking and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and mentor junior finishing technicians.
  • Certification in quality control (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Supervisor).
