Salary Range: $61,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

We are collaborating with leading companies in Plainwell seeking experienced HR Generalists to drive results.

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with multiple companies in Plainwell seeking experienced HR Generalists. These organizations value long-term fit and are looking for professionals who bring both skill and alignment. By joining our network, you gain access to opportunities tailored to your goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer employee benefits programs and act as a liaison with providers.
  • Manage full cycle recruitment for production and administrative roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee relations, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Process payroll and maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data.
  • Develop and deliver HR-related training sessions for employees and management.
  • Support performance management processes, including reviews and goal setting.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, OSHA).
  • Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with HRIS implementation or optimization.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
  • Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin).
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification.
  • Demonstrated experience in a unionized manufacturing environment.
