The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Kaizen events and other continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
  • Implement and sustain Lean tools such as 5S, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, and Kanban.
  • Analyze manufacturing processes and data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on Lean principles and tools to all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize production layouts and workflows.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and quantify the impact of Lean initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with Six Sigma methodologies and certification (Green Belt or Black Belt).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., Minitab, R).
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in manufacturing (e.g., IoT, AI/ML).
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, especially in languages relevant to global manufacturing operations.
