Vill du arbeta med administration, koordinering och service i en varierad roll? Vi på The Place söker nu en utbildningskoordinator till ett konsultuppdrag hos en av våra kunder i Stockholm. Uppdraget passar dig som trivs med att skapa struktur, ge god service och bidra till att det dagliga arbetet flyter på smidigt. Om rollen Hos vår kund finns ett tillfälligt behov av förstärkning under en arbetstopp. Du kommer att stötta verksamheten med administration och koordinering av utbildningar och aktiviteter. Rollen innebär många kontaktytor och passar dig som är noggrann, serviceinriktad och har lätt för att sätta dig in i nya arbetssätt. Arbetsuppgifter

Koordinera och administrera utbildningar och aktiviteter.

Hantera bokningar och hålla information uppdaterad.

Ge administrativt stöd till verksamheten.

Besvara frågor och hjälpa till med löpande ärenden.

Bidra till struktur och effektiva rutiner under en arbetstopp.

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som är strukturerad, noggrann och serviceinriktad. Du har ett professionellt bemötande, är kommunikativ och trivs med att hjälpa andra. Du kan hantera flera uppgifter parallellt, arbeta självständigt och anpassa dig efter verksamhetens behov. Vi ser gärna att du har tidigare erfarenhet av administration, koordinering eller bokningshantering. Du är systemvan, lättlärd och har lätt för att sätta dig in i nya digitala verktyg och rutiner. Erfarenhet av utbildningsadministration är meriterande, men vi lägger stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper och din förmåga att snabbt komma in i arbetet. Om uppdraget

Start: Enligt överenskommelse

Placering: Stockholm

Uppdragsperiod: ca 3-4 månader med möjlighet till förlängning
