Vi söker en Serviceledare till vår kund som vill vara med och utveckla en serviceorganisation inom teknik- och industrisektorn. I rollen arbetar du nära en kollega med motsvarande ansvar för att planera, samordna och följa upp den dagliga serviceverksamheten. Tillsammans säkerställer ni effektiva arbetsflöden och hög kvalitet i leveransen mot kund. Du blir en viktig länk mellan kunder, servicetekniker och interna funktioner, med ansvar för att service- och reparationsuppdrag genomförs säkert, effektivt och professionellt. Om rollen Som Serviceledare ansvarar du för planering och koordinering av serviceteknikernas arbete, både i verkstad och ute hos kund. Du prioriterar arbetsordrar, fördelar resurser och följer upp pågående service- och underhållsinsatser. Rollen innebär många kontaktytor där du samarbetar med kunder, tekniker och interna funktioner för att säkerställa hög kvalitet, säkerhet och kundnöjdhet. Du har även personalansvar för en grupp servicetekniker och arbetar aktivt med att utveckla både medarbetare och verksamhet. Arbetsuppgifter Leda och utveckla en grupp servicetekniker

Planera och koordinera det dagliga arbetet

Prioritera akuta serviceärenden och optimera resursplanering

Säkerställa att kvalitets- och säkerhetskrav efterlevs

Ha löpande dialog med kunder kring status, tidsplaner och tekniska frågor

Hantera reklamationsärenden och bidra till hög kundnöjdhet

Följa upp arbetsordrar och rapportering inför fakturering

Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet av ledarskap inom service, industri, underhåll, verkstad eller närliggande verksamhet

Har erfarenhet av personalansvar eller arbetsledning

Har god teknisk förståelse

Är van vid kundkontakt och att hantera flera parallella uppgifter

Har erfarenhet av planering, administration och uppföljning

Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska

Har god systemvana
