Als Senior Marketplace Manager (gn) mit Fokus auf das Amazon Seller-Geschäft gestaltest du aktiv unsere Präsenz auf nationalen Online-Marktplätzen – mit klarem Schwerpunkt auf Amazon. Du hast nachweisliche Erfahrung im Amazon Marketplace-Geschäft (Seller) und willst mit ESN & More Nutrition durchstarten? Deine Mission bei uns

  • Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Amazon Seller-Geschäfts in Deutschland (volle P&L Verantwortung) – mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum und direktem Impact auf unser Wachstum
  • Du sorgst für eine optimale Produktpräsentation auf Amazon – durch kontinuierliche Pflege und Optimierung von Content, Listings und Keywords für maximale Sichtbarkeit und Conversion
  • Du analysierst Märkte, Kundenverhalten und Wettbewerber, erkennst relevante Trends und leitest daraus gezielte Maßnahmen zur Performance-Steigerung ab
  • Du steuerst unsere Wachstums- und Umsatzziele aktiv und arbeitest datenbasiert daran, diese nachhaltig zu übertreffen
  • Du entwickelst neue Impulse für unsere Marketplace-Strategie, beobachtest Entwicklungen im E-Commerce – insbesondere im Amazon-Seller-Umfeld – und setzt Innovationen hands-on um

Deine Erfahrung & Skills

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – idealerweise im Bereich E-Commerce, Online-Marketing oder Wirtschaft
  • Du verfügst über 3–6 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Amazon Seller-Geschäft – von der Produktanlage über Content-Optimierung bis hin zu Advertising und Performance-Steuerung
  • Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Amazon SEO, PPC-Kampagnen, A+ Content, Backend-Optimierung sowie Reporting mit
  • Du denkst analytisch, triffst Entscheidungen auf Basis datengetriebener Insights und hast Erfahrung mit marktüblichen Tools (z. B. Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Amazon Analytics etc.)
  • Du arbeitest unternehmerisch, eigeninitiativ und bringst eine ausgeprägte hands-on-Mentalität mit
  • Du bist ein echter Teamplayer mit Drive und Lust, etwas zu bewegen
  • Du kommunizierst sicher und überzeugend in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
