Als Werkstudent (gn) – Recht unterstützt du unser Legal Team bei Verträgen, rechtlichen Dokumenten und Recherchen. Du studierst Jura, möchtest Praxiserfahrung im Unternehmensumfeld sammeln und hast Lust, die Marken ESN & More Nutrition voranzutreiben? Dann melde dich bei uns und werde Teil des Teams.

Die Rolle ist in Hamburg zu besetzen, mit mindestens einem Bürotag pro Woche in unserem Headquarter in Hamburg-Ottensen.

Deine Mission bei uns

  • Du unterstützt bei der Prüfung und Erstellung von Standardprozessen, Verträgen und rechtlichen Dokumenten
  • Du pflegst interne Datenbanken und Vertragsverzeichnisse, z. B. Vertragsstatus und Dokumentenmanagement
  • Du erstellst Präsentationen, Excel-Tabellen und Übersichten für interne und externe Zwecke in enger Abstimmung mit dem Legal Team
  • Du übernimmst Rechercheaufgaben und erstellst Zusammenfassungen
  • Du hilfst bei der Pflege von Vorlagen, Standardverträgen und Schulungsmaterialien
  • Du unterstützt das Legal Team bei administrativen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft

Deine Erfahrung & Skills

  • Du bist als Student (gn) der Rechtswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren juristischen Studiengangs eingeschrieben (LL.B., LL.M., Staatsexamen)
  • Du kommunizierst klar, professionell und zielgruppenorientiert
  • Du arbeitest sorgfältig, strukturiert und zuverlässig
  • Du beherrschst MS Office sicher, insbesondere Word, Excel und PowerPoint
  • Du gehst verantwortungsvoll mit vertraulichen Informationen um und hast Lust auf ein dynamisches, internationales Arbeitsumfeld
  • Du sprichst Deutsch verhandlungssicher und Englisch fließend
