Your Role If you know live gaming inside out and love leading from the front, this is your opportunity to make an impact. From Blackjack to Poker, you’ll be at the heart of the action, leading our table gaming and poker operation, inspiring your team and using insight and data to drive performance. You’ll balance commercial performance, operational excellence and exceptional customer experiences, creating an environment that keeps our customers coming back for more. You’ll be responsible for:

Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team of dealers and supervisors. Taking ownership of the performance of our table gaming and poker operation. Driving growth in handle and margin efficiency across live gaming. Achieving and exceeding gaming performance targets. Using Tangam software and performance insights to optimise our table gaming offer. Creating outstanding customer experiences while maintaining the highest standards of player protection. Coaching and developing your team to perform at their best. Making confident operational decisions and taking the lead in the absence of the General Manager. Creating an exciting, professional and well-run gaming environment every shift.

What We’re Looking For You’ll be an experienced live gaming leader who knows how to combine great people leadership with strong commercial performance. You’ll bring:

Proven leadership experience within a live gaming environment. In-depth knowledge of table games and poker operations, including rules, compliance and player protection. Strong commercial awareness and a track record of driving revenue, margin efficiency and operational performance. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to turn data and insight into action. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach, motivate and develop your team. A customer-first mindset and passion for delivering fantastic guest experiences. The confidence to stay calm under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

The Important Bit Our casinos operate 24/7, so flexibility is key. This role will include night shifts and weekends as part of the working pattern. Candidates must be 18 or over and have the legal right to work in the UK. Ready to take your place at the heart of the action?
