  • Document existing reporting and data-processing procedures.
  • Develop standardized, repeatable workflows for recurring analytical activities.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and strengthen reporting consistency.
  • Support the development of templates, tools, dashboards, and scalable processes as the CX, Professional Services, and Managed Services programs continue to grow.

  • Comfort working with large datasets and recurring data-processing activities.
  • Ability to learn new software, systems, and processes quickly.
  • 25% Travel required
  • Position is remote with regular travel to customer sites in New England and NY required

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with Power BI or another business intelligence/reporting platform.

  • Experience with data visualization, dashboards, or reporting tools.
  • Experience in customer experience, operations, business analytics, professional services, or a related environment.
  • Interest in process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate is curious, organized, and comfortable digging into details. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
