Trusted by 30,000+ organizations worldwide, we're building the future of Access Intelligence, making every interaction safer, smarter, and more welcoming.

The Manager of Strategic Access Control Partnerships is responsible for developing and growing strategic Access Control partner relationships across Europe, helping generate partner-driven pipeline and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).

You'll manage and develop relationships with European Access Control manufacturers, systems integrators, distributors, and installation partners while executing against our broader Access Control partnership strategy. You'll report to the Chief Operating Officer and work closely with the Director to identify opportunities, develop key partner relationships, and execute regional growth initiatives.

You'll also partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to support partner success and drive measurable commercial outcomes across the European market.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong channel or partnership experience who understands the Access Control ecosystem and enjoys building relationships, creating commercial opportunities, and turning partnership strategy into measurable results.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Develop European partner relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with Access Control manufacturers, distributors, systems integrators, and installation partners across Europe.
  • Execute partnership strategy: Work closely with the Director, Strategic Access Control Partnerships to execute regional partner plans and strategic priorities, identifying new partnership opportunities that support our broader Access Control strategy.
  • Drive partner-generated growth: Generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and ARR within your assigned partner portfolio, identify expansion opportunities, and maintain accurate forecasting and partner performance reporting.
  • Enable our partners: Support partner onboarding and deliver sales training, product education, messaging, competitive positioning, and solution demonstrations that help partners confidently represent Sign In App and our Access Intelligence strategy.
  • Support joint go-to-market initiatives: Partner with the Director, Marketing, and other internal teams to execute joint campaigns, webinars, industry events and trade shows, co-branded collateral, customer success stories, product launches, and other partner initiatives.
  • Manage ongoing partner engagement: Own day-to-day relationships across assigned European partners while collaborating with the Director on strategic partner planning, executive relationships, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other key partner engagements.
  • Collaborate across the business: Work closely with the Director and partner across Enterprise Sales, Mid-Market Sales, Marketing, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to maximize partner success and customer outcomes.

What You Will Bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in channel sales, alliances, strategic partnerships, or a related commercial role.
  • Experience developing and managing productive partner relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline and revenue through channel or strategic partnerships.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, business planning, and partner performance management.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage partner relationships independently while executing against a broader partnership strategy.
  • Experience collaborating effectively across Sales and other cross-functional teams.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly across the UK and Europe to meet with partners, customers, and internal teams.
  • Experience within Physical Security, Access Control, Identity Management, Enterprise Software, or Cybersecurity.
  • Experience working within the European physical security or Access Control ecosystem.
  • Existing relationships with Access Control manufacturers, systems integrators, distributors, or installation partners across Europe.
  • Experience supporting joint go-to-market initiatives and partner enablement programs.
  • Experience working within a global organization and collaborating across regions.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
