As an Airline Sales Manager (m/f), you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic B2B partnerships, driving commercial performance, and contributing to the company's growth across Luxembourg and international markets. You will work closely with travel agencies, corporate clients, institutions, and internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding commercial results while identifying new business opportunities.Vos missions• Develop and manage commercial relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients and institutional partners while driving the growth of indirect sales channels.• Identify new business opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements and expand the company's B2B network.• Plan and implement sales initiatives based on market insights, customer data and commercial objectives.• Organise and conduct customer visits, workshops, product presentations and commercial events in Luxembourg and abroad, while representing the company at industry events and trade fairs.• Collaborate with internal teams to manage commercial requests, resolve sensitive customer cases and ensure excellent partner support.• Contribute to the development of CRM projects, digital sales tools and key commercial programmes, while managing dedicated marketing budgets and preparing regular sales reports.• Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitor activity to proactively support the company's commercial strategy.Votre profil• At least 5 years of experience in a similar B2B Sales or Account Management role within the aviation or air travel industry (airlines, tour operators, business aviation, helicopter operators, or related sectors).• Proven experience in B2B sales, indirect sales channels and/or CRM management.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and transform insights into commercial actions.• Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities and take ownership of projects.• The flexibility to travel regularly for customer visits, workshops and industry events.• Excellent communication skills in English together with a good command of French and/or German.
