Wat ga je doen?

Als toezichthouder Parkeergarages ben je werkzaam vanuit een centrale locatie op Walcheren. Vanuit deze uitvalsbasis zorg je voor het dagelijks beheer van meerdere parkeervoorzieningen die op loopafstand van elkaar zijn gelegen. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig en draagt actief bij aan een veilige, nette en gastvrije omgeving voor bezoekers en gebruikers.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van rust, orde en veiligheid in en rondom de verschillende locaties. Eventuele overlast of ongewenste situaties pak je daadkrachtig en adequaat aan. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met verschillende partners en zorg je voor een goede afstemming van werkzaamheden.

Daarnaast houd je je bezig met het coördineren en uitvoeren van uiteenlopende beheertaken. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en ziet erop toe dat werkzaamheden volgens afspraak worden uitgevoerd.

Jouw werkzaamheden

  • Toezicht houden op de rust, orde en veiligheid in en rondom meerdere parkeergarages;
  • Signaleren en adequaat aanpakken van overlast en afwijkende situaties;
  • Uitvoeren van dagelijkse beheertaken;
  • Zorgdragen voor een schone, veilige en representatieve omgeving;
  • Samenwerken met externe partijen en deze op een correcte en professionele wijze aansturen;
  • Signaleren van onderhouds- en veiligheidsissues en hier passende acties op ondernemen;
  • Registreren en rapporteren van bijzonderheden en incidenten.

Jouw arbeidsvoorwaarden

  • Salaris tussen de € 2.250 - € 2.800 per 4 weken op basis van 32 - 38 uur per week

Jouw achtergrond

  • Relevante werkervaring
  • In het bezit van het diploma beveiliger niveau 2, of je bent bereid deze te behalen
  • Rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer
  • Je bent van onbesproken gedrag (politiescreening)
  • Je bent fysiek fit
  • Diploma BHV en EHBO, of je bent bereid om deze te halen
  • De bereidheid om avond- en weekenddiensten te werken
