Drive Positive Change as a Youth Driver at the Quincy Kroc Center!

Are you passionate about creating a safe and inspiring environment for kids? At the Quincy Kroc Center Youth Department, we’re dedicated to fostering growth, creativity, and confidence in every child. As a Youth Driver, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring kids have safe and reliable transportation, helping them access the programs that make a difference in their lives.

What You'll Do:

  • Safely transport school-aged children from local schools to the Quincy Kroc Center.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of kids during every ride by enforcing rules with care and positivity.
  • Be a friendly, trusted adult who brightens their day with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Follow scheduled routes, ensuring on-time pickups and drop-offs.
  • Keep the vehicle clean and report any maintenance needs promptly.
  • Maintain a positive, calm atmosphere while adhering to all traffic laws.

What are We Looking For?

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Clean driving record (no tickets or accidents in the last 3 years).
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible with great attention to safety.
  • A love for working with kids and a friendly, positive attitude.
  • Patience, reliability, and empathy.

Position Details & Perks:

  • Convenient Schedule: Monday through Friday from 2:30 to 4:00 PM, with additional hours available during the summer.

The Quincy Kroc Center redefines what a community center is all about. The Kroc Center is comprised of several major components: a center of worship and performance venue, an aquatics center, fitness and recreation center, classrooms, and special event facilities. The programs, as well as the building itself, have been designed to stimulate the mind, body, and spirit to provide hope and to transform the life of each and every member of the community.
