• Team Management: Act as a coach and mentor to Program/Project Managers—leading by example with energy, empathy, and expertise. Create a strong sense of purpose, enabling team members to grow, take ownership, and consistently deliver with excellence.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a central connector across IT, product, operations, and business units. Facilitate effective communication and alignment, translating technical plans into strategic conversations, and ensuring that all partners stay engaged, informed, and committed to shared outcomes.

Key Experience and Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience leading a team of IT Program/Project Managers in a highly technical, matrixed environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
